The role focuses on preparing financial statements, journal entries, budget schedules, and tax compliance, with emphasis on accuracy and collaboration with other departments. CPA preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for Finance and accounting function.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reports.
• Assist in Balance Sheet Schedules analysis and reconciliation.
• Prepares Daily and Month End Journals.
• Assist in preparing monthly Financial Statements and Year End Audited Financial Statements.
• Assist in preparing Budget Schedules.
• Performs bank reconciliation.
• Assist other departments in the preparation of their P&L Analysis.
• Responsible in preparation of taxes and timely submission to BIR.
• Prepares Special reports.
• Performs other accounting duties.

• Be responsible for assisting the Service Leader – Finance in the timely and accurate preparation of Financial Reports
• Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules Analysis and Reconciliation
• Prepares Daily and Month End Journals
• Assist in preparing monthly Financial Statements and Year End Audited Financial Statements
• Assist in preparing Budget Schedules
• Performs bank reconciliation.
• Assist other departments in the preparation of their P&L Analysis
• Responsible in preparation of taxes and timely submission to BIR
• Prepares Special reports.
• Performs other accounting duties.
