Job summary

Makati Shangri-La, Manila is seeking a Service Leader - Finance (Accounts Payable) to oversee AP processes, ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments for hotel operations.

You will coordinate with cost control and receiving, monitor cash flow, and lead a small team of accounting colleagues in a luxury hospitality setting.

• Posting of all general supplies invoices which are forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
• Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
• Monitor Bank Balance.
• Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
• Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos
