• Ensure goods received meet SLIM quality and quantity standards.
• Check Purchase Orders for Right Supplier, specs, price and quantity.
• Ensure invoices are stamped and acknowledged by end-users.
• Prepare receiving report, undelivered items report, rejection log report, and temperature log report daily; report late deliveries monthly.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders and quality specs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for receiving and invoicing processes.
• Monitor and report on delivery timeliness and temperature records.
