Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Branch Operations professional to provide reliable over-the-counter services, process transactions accurately, and ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA and other regulations.

You will support the Service Manager to deliver excellent service, fast turnaround, and error-free processing for total client satisfaction. Candidates with 1 year of branch ops experience or fresh grads are welcome; overtime and cross-branch rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 or more year course; a business or service industry degree is advantageous.
• Ideally 1 year experience in Branch Operations; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to render overtime as needed.
• Willing to rotate/cross post to other branches per bank requirements.
• Acts with sense of urgency and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, and other over-the-counter duties per Branch Operations Manual and bank policies.
• Supports the Service Manager by delivering excellent service, fast turnaround, and error-free processing for total client satisfaction.
• Attends to and resolves customer queries and complaints promptly, including complex issues.

Job Summary

Provides competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center. Ensures compliance with internal policies, Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas ( BSP )/ Anti-Money Laundering Act ( AMLA ) regulations and other external regulatory rules. Recognizes risk areas and eliminates risks by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures. Supports business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives of the branch.

How will you contribute?

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual, and in accordance with Bank policies and other regulatory bodies.
• Supports the Service Manager (SM) in achieving the Business Center service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction
• Attends and resolves in a quick and efficient manner customer queries and complaints including the resolution of complex complaints that cannot be resolved while clients wait.

What will make you successful?

• Graduate of 4 or more year course. A degree in a business or service industry oriented course will be an advantage.
• Ideally with one (1) year experience in Branch Operations-related work. But Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to render overtime as needed
• Willing to be rotated and/or cross posted to other branches in compliance with the bank's control and service requirements.
