Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing.
• Understand KPIs as indicated by the company.
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients.
• Preferably with experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; follow-up concepts.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-Oriented.

Aufgaben

• Promotes company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
• Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
• Ensures new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Procures service appointments of clients via telephone and emails; ~40 outbound calls/day.
• Attends to customer inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
• Assists the branch with issues requiring manufacturer follow-up.
• Maintains database, spreadsheets and daily updates/reports.
• Submits reportorial requirements by deadlines.
• Assists Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintains accurate customer data files.
• Aids in telemarketing for promos and events.
