AutoStudio Philippines Corporation is seeking a Service Advisor for our Cebu on-site team. You will explain automotive issues, provide estimates, and manage service workflows to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts is a plus.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with workshop team to ensure repairs meet customer specs and timelines.
• Promote products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain service records.
• Document service orders, repair details, and billing accurately.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure quality standards.
• Send reminders for PMS schedule and follow-up.
• Report service activity and customer feedback to Service Head.
• Maintain updates on service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customers
• Provide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customers
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure that repairs and services are completed according to customer specifications and within set timeframes
• Promote the company’s products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts, to customers
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate service records, including customer information, service history, and invoices
• Ensure all service orders, repair details, and billing are documented correctly
• Communicate effectively with technicians and other team members to ensure services are performed according to customer needs and quality standards
• Send reminders to clients for PMS schedule and follow-up
• Report service activity, customer feedback, and performance metrics to the Service Head
• Maintain regular updates on service performance and customer satisfaction
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and company goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Automotive Technology or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and basic diagnostics is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
