Job summary

Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp in Bacolod City is seeking a Sales Executive to drive automotive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will guide buyers through the entire process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication, a solid understanding of vehicle specifications, financing and trade-ins, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Good understanding of vehicle specifications, financing options, trade-in processes, and automotive market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with urgency to close sales.

Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist customers / clients throughout the buying process up to the vehicle delivery, ensuring sales targets are achieved.

• Actively prospect and follow up on new customer leads through cold calls, walk-ins, and digital channels to maintain a full sales pipeline.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to highlight key features, safety technology, and performance benefits to potential buyers.

• Present trade-in, financing, and insurance options while negotiating contract terms to secure completed vehicle sales.

• Coordinate sales paperwork, financing approvals, and vehicle release schedules with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery to the client.

  Performs other task/duties assigned by the Immediate Head

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree holder in any field (Business, Marketing, or related programs preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Good understanding of vehicle specifications, financing options, trade-in processes, and automotive market trends.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency to close sales.
