You will prepare service and job orders, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering proactive customer service. The ideal candidate has automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet service targets.

Qualifications

Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related course.
Experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Technician, or similar position is an advantage.
Knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance, and automotive parts.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Computer literate and able to prepare service/job orders.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Willing to work under pressure and meet service targets.
Valid driver's license is an advantage.
