Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and conduct thorough assessments of their vehicle service requirements

• Create accurate service orders, documenting all customer requests and vehicle information

• Explain service recommendations, pricing, and timelines to customers in a clear and professional manner

• Communicate service details to the technical team and ensure quality workmanship is maintained

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on progress and any additional findings

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
