Job summary

City Government of Muntinlupa is seeking a Service Advisor to join our municipal automotive reception team. You will receive customers, capture servicing requirements, and relay requests to workshop personnel while promoting service merchandising.

The role requires basic vehicle diagnosis at reception, accurate job-order preparation, clear cost estimates, and timely updates to customers on work progress. Willingness to work in Alabang or Las Piñas area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferable Mechanical Engineering.
• With Automotive Experience
• Knowledge in Body and Paint and General Job
• With background in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis
• Willing to be assigned in Alabang or Las Piñas area

Responsibilities

• Receiving customers and taking down servicing requirements.
• Relaying customer requests to workshop personnel to meet needs.
• Promoting service merchandising or selling extra services.
• Diagnose vehicles at reception and respond to customer inquiries on automotive technical matters.
• Record customer job requests and relay to foreman.
• Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer needs and accurate repair orders.
• Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize facility and manpower.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness using protection materials.
• Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
• Monitor work progress and inform customers of changes to cost or completion times.

• To be able to diagnose the vehicle at reception and give a reply to the customer’s inquiry regarding automotive technical matters.
• To accurately record the customer’s job request and relay this to the foreman.
• Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers needs and accurate repair order preparation.
• Utilize the Service Appointment system to maximize the facility and manpower capacity.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.).
• Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
• Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and or completion times.
