About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team at SM Clark in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates looking to launch their career in customer service, with a September start date. As a CSR, you will be the frontline of our client's business, delivering exceptional service and support to customers whilst building lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers and address their concerns promptly
• Process customer transactions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalade complex matters to senior team members when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Follow company policies and procedures whilst adhering to compliance and quality standards
• Contribute to achieving team performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and service skills

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus but not essential for entry-level candidates
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer needs
• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a flexible approach to scheduling
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and product information
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications
• Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others and resolve issues effectively
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not required, as we welcome newcomers to the industry
