GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at our SM Clark location in Floridablanca, Pampanga. This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates and individuals new to the customer service industry who are eager to launch their career in a supportive environment. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer support and building lasting relationships with our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.

What you'll be doing

• Answering inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Processing customer requests, orders, and transactions with attention to detail
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems
• Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior team members appropriately
• Following company policies and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when needed
• Meeting performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and attendance standards
