We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team at H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, delivering exceptional service and support to clients across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers

• Processing customer requests, orders and transactions accurately
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and call documentation
