Job summary

SGS is seeking an HR Data System Senior Specialist (Workday) for a full-time role in data management and reporting. You will ensure accurate HR data across HRIS platforms, validate against records, and support system upgrades and testing with HR, Payroll, IT and business managers.

The role requires 2–3 years in HRIS, strong data accuracy, and the ability to generate reports and dashboards for regional and global governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2–3 years experience in HRIS, HR operations, data management or systems support.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee data in HRIS systems (eg Mysgs, Adrenalin, HRMS) including creation, updates and deletions.
• Validate data against employee records or documents and perform mass uploads when required.
• Review integration reports between HRIS systems; resolve or correct failed transactions promptly.
• Serve as HR Analyst to approve data changes (reporting line, cost center, attendance, type) excluding promotions.
• Monitor resignees and initiate clearance and exit processes; liaise with HRIS providers on issues.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for workforce, headcount, turnover and compliance.
