Job summary

RGP seeks an experienced Workday HCM Administrator to configure and support the Workday system. You will elicit requirements, design solutions, and handle testing and troubleshooting for Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.

You will lead HRIS project work, develop integrations with internal and external systems, and produce user documentation while ensuring secure data access and compliance across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, development, and support.
• 2+ years of experience as a Workday system administrator (configuration, testing, support).
• Experience with Workday reporting tools and EIBs.
• Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong communication and independent work capability.
• Experience in at least one full life cycle Workday HCM implementation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM system.
• Elicit requirements and design solutions for Workday enhancements.
• Lead design, testing and implementation of HR system projects.
• Develop and maintain HRIS system integrations with internal/external systems.
• Create user procedures, guidelines and change-management documentation.
• Manage system administration tasks including access, data checks, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and vendors to improve HR systems and delivery.
