Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our global HRIS team, focusing on maintaining data integrity in Workday and related systems across regions. You will handle employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This role requires strong privacy discipline and cross-functional collaboration. You will deliver day-to-day support, protect confidential information, and partner with HR Operations and IT for system testing and improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for employee data transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee data.
• Provide global production support by researching and resolving HR data issues with stakeholders.
• Respond to tickets and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support UAT for new HRIS functionality with IT/BA teams.
• Collaborate across regions to ensure alignment of HRIS processes.
