Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join a global HRIS team focused on maintaining data integrity across Workday and related systems. The role covers EDM data transactions, reporting development, and governance with strict privacy controls.

You will work across geographies to ensure accurate employee data throughout the lifecycle. The position requires 1–2 years in HRIS or HR operations, strong data discipline, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage case queues and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across channels.
• Discretion with confidential information and data privacy.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones and teams.
• Flexibility for a 24/7 global ticket queue shift pattern.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability in handling sensitive data.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding.
• Maintain and protect confidential employee data with discretion.
• Provide global production support by investigating HR data issues with stakeholders.
• Respond to tickets, emails, and chats; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Monitor Workday inbox and ensure timely task execution and data audit-readiness.
• Collaborate with HRIS teammates across regions for alignment and best practices.
• Support UAT for new functionality with IT or analysts before release.
• Contribute to process improvements and HRIS-EDM framework activities.
• Take on small projects as assigned to support team goals.
