Job summary

Copeland Philippines, Inc. is hiring a senior warranty specialist to enhance our warranty processes and customer experience in Metro Manila.

You will analyze claims, process warranty credits and work with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives across the HVACR warranty lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 7–9 years in a customer-facing role, strong data analysis skills, and experience with warranty systems like Tavant.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve warranty processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for warranty inquiries and guide stakeholders on programs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain warranty performance metrics, reports and trend analyses.
• Review and approve LR claims, process credits/debits, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Tavant support to identify system issues and implement solutions.
