Job summary

The role requires a strong background in maritime engineering, ISM compliance, and hands-on leadership to drive maintenance, budgets, and performance across a fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2nd Engineer license or Naval Architecture license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fuel and lubricant tracking and budget monitoring.
• Ensure vessel readiness and safety per ISM and flag state requirements.
• Lead dry docking cost management and repair supervision.
• Coordinate crew management and performance evaluations.
