Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Master to lead vessel navigation, safety and crew welfare aboard an offshore support vessel. The role requires adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and the Company QHSE & SMS framework, with authority to ensure safety and environmental protection at all times.

The candidate must hold oilfield Master qualifications with at least 24 months in a similar role and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 Months oilfield experience in rank of Master on a similar type of vessel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for navigation, operation, management, care and safety of the vessel and crew.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, international regulations and the Company QHSE & SMS Management System.
• Maintain vessel seaworthiness, proper records and reporting to Company Office.
• Exercise authority over on-board personnel regarding safety and environmental protection.
• Lead QHSE inspections, drills and risk assessments; communicate with head office.
