Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day construction project activities, ensuring manpower, equipment, materials, safety, quality, costs, and schedules are properly planned and delivered.

You will lead Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve timely, safe, and cost-efficient project completion while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting across multiple fronts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with valid license.
• 10–15 years’ experience in construction operations.
• Experience in horizontal construction (roads, bridges) preferred.
• Vertical construction exposure is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, manpower, safety, costs, and reporting.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, scheduling, cost control, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with project documents: plans, BOQ, contracts, specs, reports.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
• Able to evaluate site issues and recommend practical solutions.
