Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with senior leadership experience.
• 15 years in heavy equipment management within construction.
• 10+ years in senior leadership or managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet and batching plants.
• Experience with listed heavy equipment and asset life-cycle management.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee EMG, ensuring planning, deployment, control, utilization and performance.
• Provide leadership to Supervisors and coordinate with Project Operations and PM teams.
• Oversee budgets, equipment performance, acquisition, rehabilitation or disposal decisions.
