Qualifications

• Bachelor-level maritime/engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in ship management, dry docking, repairs, or vessel overhauls.
• Experience with fleet maintenance programs and technical oversight essential.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and lubricant tracking with regular reports and budget alignment.
• Oversee technical budgets for maintenance, repairs, and consumables.
• Ensure vessel readiness and optimal performance; coordinate dry-dock activities.
• Manage compliance with ISM Code, class surveys, and flag state requirements.
• Lead crew interviews, orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Act as liaison between ship and shore staff with regular updates on technical issues.
