National Search Group, Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior US Recruiter to evaluate candidates, perform targeted outreach, and screen within the WoodJobs, PlasticStaffing, and MetalRecruiters divisions.

100% remote from the Philippines, you’ll focus on pre-sourced pipelines and high-impact phone interviews for US-based roles. You’ll negotiate salaries, manage candidate pipelines, and report metrics via ATS/CRM, using clear SAE English and professional North American communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of US recruitment experience in niche industrial, manufacturing, or commercial recruiting.
• Exceptional verbal English communication with accent neutralization for US professionals.
• Proven phone screening, outbound/headhunting, and salary negotiation screening.
• Experience navigating ATS/CRM platforms, VOIP, and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• In-Depth candidate screening via structured phone calls to assess fit, experience, salary expectations, and motivation.
• Targeted headhunting and proactive outreach to supplement talent pipelines.
• Ask division-specific qualifying questions for wood/plastics/metal sectors.
• Manage pipelines, document interview notes, and present top candidates to leadership.
• Maintain candidate engagement and timely responses throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM with up-to-date call logs and statuses.
