Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead US Operations recruiting, focusing on high-volume agent hiring, building and guiding the TA team, and aligning with US leadership on workforce plans.

You will optimize sourcing, processes, and vendor partnerships to speed hiring, improve quality, and control costs, while delivering regular metrics and strategic pipeline development for current and future US Work-at-Home needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
5+ years Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience incl. US.
2+ years leading or managing TA teams.
Proven high-volume US agent hiring experience.
Experience recruiting US Work-at-Home/remote agents.
Experience with ATS and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team supporting US Operations.
Partner with US Operations leaders to translate workforce needs into recruiting plans.
Develop and execute high-volume US agent recruiting strategies.
Monitor recruiting performance including time-to-fill and cost per hire.
Identify risks and pipeline gaps and implement solutions.
Optimize sourcing channels, recruitment advertising, and referrals.
Evaluate and improve processes, tools, and technology.
Manage recruitment vendors and external partners.
Ensure compliant recruiting practices across US hiring.
Provide regular recruiting reports, insights, and recommendations.
Build proactive talent pipelines for US Work-at-Home hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment activities and vendor costs stay within budgets.
