Qualifications

• Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage engineering professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare accurate candidate submissions with screening notes and supporting details.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future engineering roles.
