Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Transition Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end migrations into a global shared services environment. The role spans assessment, design, knowledge transfer, go-live, stabilization, and handover to operations, coordinating with global leaders and process owners.

You will drive transition strategies, governance, and performance, ensuring minimal disruption while strengthening transformation capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years overall professional experience with at least 5 years in transition, migration, or transformation management.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services or Global Business Services environments preferred.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream transitions across teams and locations.
• Strong knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live, stabilization, and handover experience.
• Solid PMO governance, risk management, and stage-gate experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills with global partners.
• Analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Commercial and financial acumen including business case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition and migration programs across functions, teams, and locations.
• Develop transition strategies, plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage full transition lifecycle from assessment to BAU handover.
• Conduct readiness reviews and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Establish governance and manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Lead knowledge transfer activities and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders on expectations, changes, and requirements.
• Monitor transition costs, benefits realization, and program performance.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, security, and controls before go-live.
• Support hypercare and stabilization and smooth handover to operations.
