Job summary

NTT America, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver brand, technical and soft skills training on-site for Canadian banking clients.

You will manage classroom sessions (2–20 participants) and group trainings, coaching learners through their transition into production and supporting the training design team when needed. The role requires strong communication in English and French, plus 1–2 years in a contact centre.

Qualifications

• Experience applying adult learning principles in a classroom setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• 1–2 years of operational and customer service experience in a contact centre.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training delivery including systems, facilities, course materials and participant welcome emails.
• Deliver in-class technical and soft skills training for learners (2–20 participants).
• Adhere to processes/methodologies to report delivery of training curriculum and activities.
• Complete all mandatory privacy, security, and fraud training.
• Use evaluations to assess training impact and provide results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and support to learners in the classroom and during production transition.
• Identify learner challenges and create plans to address them; coach on early performance to meet benchmarks.
