Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, coaching, facilitation, or team supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to any area within operational coverage.
• Willing to work 70% office-based and 30% fieldwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop training materials, facilitate learning sessions, and implement effective training programs.

Responsibilities

• Training Design and Delivery – develop training materials and conduct engaging learning sessions for MSS personnel.
• Trainee Development and Performance Monitoring – coach and guide trainees, monitor progress, and support meeting targets.
• Field and Area Support – provide on-site coaching and operational support to MSS teams.
• Reporting and Coordination – prepare training reports, track trainee progress, communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration and Continuous Improvement – work with MSS team and management to improve training effectiveness.
