Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a UK Financial Customer Service Trainer based in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering US/UK banking operations training in both virtual and classroom settings for 3-5 years of experience in a call center or shared services environment.

You will coach learners, update training materials, and partner with Operations and Quality to ensure training effectiveness and compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' work experience in US/UK banking operations and training in a call center or shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and classroom training on US/UK banking operations.
• Facilitate training on loan origination, motor/auto financing, mortgage, collections, fraud, and underwriting.
• Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to improve training effectiveness.
• Track learner progress and training completion.
• Support onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives.
