Qualifications

• Experience in developing and reviewing training curricula and course material.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern training methods and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English, plus local market language as needed.
• Experience delivering and assessing in-house training programs.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop training modules based on departmental and company needs.
• Develop, deliver and assess in-house training programs.
• Evaluate training module effectiveness aligned with strategic plans.
• Assess existing programs and provide improvement recommendations.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop improvement programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management within your scope.
