Temu is seeking a General Manager to lead our growing team in the Philippines. You will coach and develop staff to meet ambitious targets, build a culture of engagement, and ensure accountability across the operation.

In this role you will monitor performance, partner with other departments to optimize processes, analyze key metrics for continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
