• 5+ years of experience in training management.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure training effectiveness.
