Job summary

VXI Global Solutions seeks a Training Supervisor to lead a trainers team within Growth. You will coach, develop, and evaluate trainers to ensure high-quality delivery across programs and client requirements.

You will partner with operations and instructional designers to keep curricula current, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Admin, Education, HR or related field.
• 3-5 years in training with at least 1-2 years in supervision or leadership, preferably in BPO/call center.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and improve training effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of trainers with regular feedback.
• Oversee execution of all training for new hires and ongoing skill development, aligned with standards.
• Monitor training effectiveness using metrics like trainee performance and retention rates.
• Collaborate with operations and instructional designers to identify needs and update curricula.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to raise capability and consistency.
• Prepare and present training progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure all training complies with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Act as SME for processes and systems, assisting with complex inquiries.
• Foster a positive learning environment and promote continuous improvement.
• Participate in calibration sessions and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
