Job summary
Height Realty Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Tenant Relations Manager to lead post-handover tenant engagements, onboarding, and ongoing occupancy satisfaction across our commercial projects.
You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Property Management, monitor lease compliance, handle inquiries, and drive continuous improvement in tenant services and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
- Minimum 6 years in occupier strategy, leasing, or business development in real estate.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker or Registered Architect/Engineer is required.
- Experience with leasing platforms and property management systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage handover from Leasing to Operations after lease execution.
- Onboard tenants and ensure compliance with house rules and guidelines.
- Serve as primary contact for tenants post-handover and drive satisfaction.
- Coordinate fit-out activities with Engineering and Property Management teams.
- Monitor lease terms, renewals, and compliance with policies.
- Document issues, track resolutions, and report on tenant concerns.
- Support continuous improvement of tenant engagement processes.
