Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Makati City, Philippines, seeks a Tenant Relation Manager to deliver operational excellence across assigned areas and maintain strong tenant relations.

You will support move‑in/move‑out activities, manage helpdesk operations, and ensure data accuracy in asset registers and certifications. The role requires 3–5 years in tenant relations or facilities management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in tenant relations, property/facilities management, or building operations.
• Working knowledge of helpdesk systems, SLA management, and operational reporting.
• Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in an operational environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Acts as key liaison with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring good relationships.
• Ensures adherence to house rules and facilitates issue resolution.
• Supports move‑in/move‑out activities, coordinating documentation and approvals.
• Manages helpdesk operations including ticket logging, dispatch, tracking, and closure.
• Ensures accuracy of helpdesks data including asset registers, maintenance schedules, and certifications.
• Generate operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
