Job summary

Federal Pioneer Development Corp. seeks an experienced Leasing/Property Coordinator in the Philippines to manage tenant leases, monitor payments, and resolve disputes.

You will coordinate move-outs, foster positive tenant relations, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with leases and laws. The role requires 3-5 years in Real Estate/Leasing and a 4-year business degree, with willingness to report to the Mandaluyong City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors-level education in business or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Real Estate/Leasing preferred.
• Willing to report in Mandaluyong City area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor tenant lease agreements and contracts.
• Monitor tenant payments and ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate/resolve tenant complaints and disputes.
• Handle tenant move-outs and initiate evictions if necessary.
• Develop positive relationships with tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure lease compliance and local laws.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all tenant-related activities.
• Participate in tenant retention plan development and implementation.
• Maintain contact lists for tenants, vendors, and related parties.
• Collaborate with property manager to ensure maintenance of rental property and common areas.
• Assist with marketing rental property availability and features.
• Attend landlord/tenant meetings as needed.
