Job summary

HRTX in Malate, Manila is seeking a Tenant Relations Associate to support leasing activities and maintain positive tenant relationships. The role coordinates day-to-day property operations and liaises with tenants, internal teams, and service providers to ensure occupancy, maintenance, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, Property/Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of tenant relations, property management, hospitality, leasing, or related experience.
• Experience within real estate/property management industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service, coordination, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with property management or CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants and coordinate with internal teams to address needs.
• Coordinate unit readiness, move-in/out, and tenant service requests.
• Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and related docs.
• Explain lease terms and property policies clearly to tenants.
• Show property features, answer tenant inquiries, and support leasing decisions.
• Maintain records of leases, communications, transactions, and documentation.
