Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Property Manager in the Philippines to oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, and coordination with support teams. The role emphasizes maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while managing budgets and reports.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in property-related fields and 4–5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and negotiation skills and a leasing background considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in Property Management.
• Strong experience in property operations and tenant relations.
• Experience in supervising property management teams.
• Background in leasing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of property operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Highly organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day property operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the property.
• Manage tenant relations, concerns, requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Admin, Security, and other support teams.
• Monitor property performance, expenses, collections, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and property regulations.
• Prepare property management reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise and guide property management staff.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Leasing background is an advantage in handling tenant requirements, lease documentation, renewals, and occupancy-related matters.
