MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer for a work-from-home role in the Philippines. You will provide first-line technical analysis, troubleshoot issues across applications and environments, and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions while documenting interactions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to improve products and support processes. Ideal candidates have hands-on Docker experience, strong CLI skills, and a background in application or technical

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker and container images.
• Strong command-line proficiency (Bash/Shell and/or PowerShell).
• Experience in Application/Technical Support, preferably at a senior level.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical analysis and first responses within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues related to applications, products, and environments.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and data to identify causes and solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting, perform screen-sharing, and escalate with details.
• Document support requests, steps, resolutions, and interactions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain knowledge of company products and services; continually develop skills.
