MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer in the Philippines to provide expert technical support for applications, products, and integrations. You will analyze issues, guide customers through troubleshooting, and document resolutions while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Docker and container image experience.
• Strong Bash/Shell and/or PowerShell CLI skills.
• Experience in Application Support or related senior technical role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and reproduce issues in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical analysis and first responses within established SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications, products, integrations, and customer environments.
• Analyze application logs, configurations, system behavior, and data to identify causes and solutions.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting; conduct screen-sharing when required.
• Document support requests, steps, resolutions, and interactions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest product/support improvements.
• Build knowledge of company products and continuously develop technical skills.
