Qualifications

• Hands-on Docker and container imaging experience.
• Strong CLI proficiency using Bash/Shell and/or PowerShell.
• Experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Software Support, or related role.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear customer support.
• Ability to analyze and reproduce issues in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical analysis and first responses to inquiries within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues related to applications, products, and integrations.
• Analyze logs, configs, and system behavior to identify root causes.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting, share screens when needed, escalate with details.
• Document requests, steps, resolutions, and customer interactions; contribute to KB.
