MicroSourcing is seeking an Application Support Engineer in the Philippines to provide fast, reliable technical analysis and first responses to customer inquiries. You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs, and guide customers through step‑by‑step resolutions while collaborating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous skill development within a work-from-home, rotating shift environment. Strong Docker and container experience is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Docker and container images.
• Strong Bash/Shell and/or PowerShell skills.
• Experience in Application Support or related role, preferably senior level.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in customer environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical analysis and first responses to customer inquiries within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce issues across applications and environments.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and data to identify causes and solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and share screen sessions as needed.
• Document support requests and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base.
