Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a 100% work-from-home role in the Philippines. You will provide initial technical analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions while documenting detailed interactions and solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in application support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with containerized environments and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Application Support or Technical Support at a senior level.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reproduce issues in customer environments.
• Strong documentation skills and clear technical communication.
• Experience with containerized environments and related tooling.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial technical analysis and first responses within SLAs and service standards.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues across apps, products, integrations, and customer environments.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and system behavior to identify causes and solutions.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, conduct screen-sharing when required, and escalate with detailed information.
• Document support requests, steps taken, resolutions, and interactions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and drive product/support improvements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of MicroSourcing products and services.
