Job summary

Unigrà in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a seasoned Technical Sales professional with 7–10 years in food ingredients to support R&D, troubleshoot client production issues, and drive new B2B opportunities. You will collaborate with distributors and the Country Manager, coordinate cross-functionally, and lead demonstrations and trials across key geographies.

Qualifications

• Pastry/food service knowledge is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of relevant technical sales experience, preferably in food ingredients.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
• Meticulous with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on product functionality and performance to R&D and other teams.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and conduct product demos and trials with clients.
• Identify and secure new B2B sales leads (HORECA, Food Service, Café, Industrial) with distributors.
• Manage new accounts, ensuring product satisfaction, accurate inventory forecasting, and technical support.
• Participate in demos and trade shows, aiding the corporate chef to address inquiries and opportunities.
• Relay industry trends to regional R&D to support new product development.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams for client requests.
• Facilitate communication between regional teams, distributors, and customers with the Country Manager.
