Job summary

Unigrà Philippines is seeking a senior Technical Sales professional to advise on product functionality to R&D and client teams. You will troubleshoot production issues, conduct demos, and secure new B2B leads across HORECA, Food Service, Café, and Industrial sectors.

Travel about 80% to cover key geographies and support distributors. The role requires 7–10 years of technical sales experience in food ingredients, strong autonomy, and excellent communication to engage clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pastry/food service business is compulsory.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant technical sales experience in food ingredients.
• Self-motivated, independent worker and a team player in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous and well-organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on product functionality and performance to R&D and other teams.
• Troubleshoot production line issues and run product demos/trials with clients.
• Identify and secure new B2B sales leads (HORECA, Food Service, Café, Industrial) with distributors.
• Manage new accounts, ensure product satisfaction and accurate inventory forecasting, negotiate terms.
• Participate in demos and trade exhibitions, address inquiries and generate sales opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and inform regional R&D for new product development.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, supply chain and regulatory teams for client requests.
• Facilitate communication between regional teams, distributors, and customers.
