Job summary

ofi in Manila leads customer-focused product development, technical solutioning and commercialization for Savory & Culinary applications in the Philippines. You will partner with customers, commercial teams and manufacturing to bring innovative food solutions from concept to launch.

As the business grows, this role may evolve to lead a small local technical team. Requires a Food Science degree and 10–15 years in savory applications with strong formulation and scale-up skills, in English.

Qualifications

Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
10–15 years of savory and culinary product development experience.
Expertise in seasonings, marinades, coatings and sauces.
Experience supporting CPG, QSR, Foodservice or B2B customers.
Strong product commercialization and scale-up experience.
Fluent in English; Philippines market knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead development of savory seasonings, marinades, coatings, sauces and premixes.
Translate customer and consumer insights into concepts and formulations.
Provide local technical support for customers across CPG, QSR and Foodservice.
Lead transfer from bench to pilot and production, ensuring readiness.
Coordinate regional innovation and adapt solutions for the Philippines.
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory and quality requirements.
