Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related course (preferably with Professional License).
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or solution selling.
• Strong technical understanding of products and ability to translate them into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Drive revenue growth through solution selling and building strong client relationships.
• Support key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and guide customers through the solution lifecycle.
