Job summary

Siemens in the Philippines is seeking a technical sales professional with 3–5 years’ experience in protection and automation, SCADA, and MV switchgear. You will identify opportunities, scope technical solutions, and negotiate with customers to close orders.

You will engage consultants, EPCs, utilities, and other stakeholders, presenting solutions and ensuring compliant, optimized designs across MV systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in PA, SCADA, MV switchgear, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of MV distribution systems and protection schemes.
• Ability to interpret SLDs, wiring diagrams, GA drawings and system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for Protection & Automation (PA), SCADA / Digital Substation, and MV solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, EPCs, utilities, and other customer segments.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations to influence specifications.
