Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PA, SCADA, MV switchgear, or technical sales within electrification and automation environments.
• Strong understanding of MV distribution systems, protection schemes, and automation architectures.
• Ability to interpret SLDs, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and system architectures.
• Strong technical selling capability with negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Identifying and developing business opportunities for Protection & Automation (PA), SCADA / Digital Substation, and MV Primary & Secondary Distribution solutions.
• Managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification and customer engagement to technical scoping, tender support, negotiation, and order closing.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, utilities, industrial, CPG, and other key customer segments.
• Conducting customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations to influence specifications and position competitive offerings.
• Interpreting customer requirements, SLDs, protection philosophies, and MV system layouts to ensure compliant and optimized solutions.
• Collaborating with Tendering and Engineering teams to develop competitive proposals and providing complete sales handovers.
• Supporting tender clarifications, bid evaluations, technical negotiations, and managing sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements to drive strategic account growth.
